Defense of qualification papers

The defense of qualification papers took place at the Design Department.

On January 26-28, 2022, the Design Department of the ER ICSTT hosted the defense of applicants for the second (master’s) level of higher education of the specialty 022 “Design” EP “Graphic Design” and “Hairstyle Design and Makeup Art”. 13 higher education applicants were admitted to the defense.

The members of the examination committee for the EP “Graphic Design” were the Chairman Olena Polishchuk, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor of the Department of Philosophy and Political Science of Ivan Franko Zhytomyr State University, Professor of the Department of Philosophy and Political Science, Professor of the Department of Fine Arts and Design; Eduard Potapenko, Doctor of Chemistry, Associate Professor; Viacheslav Borisov, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine and teacher Natalia Diachenko.

As part of the examination committee for the EP “Hairstyle Design and Make-up Art” were – Chairman Daria Cherviak, director of the beauty salon “Sp beauty center˜”, Poltava; Iryna Prodan, head of the Department, Associate Professor, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences; Olha Kostiuk, Associate Professor, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences and Lecturer Oksana Hetman.

During the open public defense of qualification papers, higher education applicants demonstrated their professional skills and the results of their training.

The best works were determined as follows: ,,Designing the layout of the website and mobile application of the airline Maksym Tsyganok; ,,Integrity of the stylistic image as the main component of the design of the printed editionˮ Lilia Saprykina; ,,Modern trends in the design of a periodical of cultural and artistic directionˮ Daria Litkina; ,,Barbering as a cultural trend in the development of men’s haircutsˮ Vladislav Kravetsky. Originality was also noted for the work of Danylo Bugaienko, Development of a corporate identity for educational and cultural centers of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University in the city of Rubizhne, Luhansk region.
