Defense of qualification papers

A successful defense of qualification papers of applicants for the second (master’s) levels of higher education took place at the Department of Commodity Research, Trade Entrepreneurship and Goods Expertise. 

On January 27, 2022, the Department of Commodity Research, Trade Entrepreneurship and Goods  Expertise of of the Educational and Research Institute of Commerce, Serving Technologies and Tourism (ER ICSTT) of the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University”, the qualification works of full-time and part-time applicants for the second (master’s) level of higher education, specialty  076 “Entrepreneurship , Trade and Stock Exchange Activity” of the educational program ,,Commodity Science and Expertise in Customs” were successfully defended. 

Welcoming words to applicants for higher education were addressed by: Chairman of the Examination Commission Volodymyr Potapov – Academician of the International Academy of Refrigeration, Professor of the Department of Integrated Electrical Technologies and Power Engineering of the State Biotechnological University, Ukraine, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor; members of the examination committee: Eduard Potapenko – acting director of the ER ICSTT of the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University”, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor; Liudmyla Senohonova – Head of the Department of Commodity Research, Trade Entrepreneurship and Goods Expertise of LTSNU, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor; Natalia Omelchenko – Professor of the Department of Commodity Research, Trade Entrepreneurship and Goods Expertise of LTSNU, Candidate of Technical sciences, Professor.

During the public and open defense of qualification papers, applicants for higher education demonstrated to the examination committee and those present the obtained scientific results, approbation, practical value, formulated recommendations.

Based on the results of the defense, the examination committee noted that Anastasia Protasova, Alla Tsiupka, Volodymyr Babenko demonstrated a high level of professional qualifications, knowledge of the material (represented in qualification papers), public defense; the ability to substantiate the relevance of selected topics of qualifying works, to use modern achievements of science and advanced technologies in conducting research, to conduct an examination and customs clearance of selected research objects.
