Final certification of master’s students

On January 18-20, the ER IPMIT hosted the defense of qualification papers for applicants for education of the second, master’s level.

The ER IPMIT hosted the defense of qualification papers of education applicants in the following specialties: 014.04 Secondary Education. Mathematics; 014.08 Secondary Education. Physics; 014.09 Secondary Education. Informatics; 029 Information, Library and Archival Business; 121 Software Engineering; 122 Computer Science; 123 Computer Engineering.

The defense of qualification papers is an important event in the life of master’s students, it is the result of a year and a half of hard work with the support of the university outstanding scientists.

When defending the works, the reports of higher education applicants were accompanied by a demonstration of presentations reflecting the main results of the work done.

The heads of the examination committees highly appreciated the master’s students’ defense and the relevance of the topics of master’s theses. This year Oksana Odintsova, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Mathematics, Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko; Iryna Siliutina – Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Philosophy, Cultural Studies and Information Activities of Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University; Dmytro Marchenko – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, First Vice-Rector of Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University; Oleh Zakhozhai – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Programming and Mathematics of Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University.

The final certification was held in an atmosphere of creative cooperation and goodwill. All qualifying works were performed on prospective and promising topics. The applicants gave clear and reasoned answers to the questions posed.

The following education applicants were appreciated as the best: Yulia Lyhuta, Hanna Kryvushyna, Yana Yatsenko, Vladyslav Krotkykh, Artem Zhukov, Roman Tkachenko, Iryna Volkova, Tetiana Onyshchenko, Oleksii Rybalko, Alla Latkivska, Yulia Volha.
