International internship

The teacher of the Department of Romance and Germanic Philology took part in the international internship under the advanced training program.
Professor of Romance and Germanic Philology Department Tetiana Koknova took part in an international internship under the advanced training program “Fundraising and organization of project activities in educational institutions: European experience for pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers” (180 hours, 6 ECTS credits).
The organizers were the Zustricz Foundation Meeting (Poland, Krakow), the Department of Polish-Ukrainian Studies of the Jagiellonian University. NGO Sobornist (Ukraine) and Luhansk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education (Ukraine).
The internship consisted of two parts: basic and individual.
Allotted for the basic part (90 hours) The training module included the following topics:
- Project activity and a new educational paradigm.
- Effective fundraising.
- Mini-MBA in project management.
- Soft Skills and teamwork: non-standard solutions to standard problems.
- Project management: from action plan to project.
- Innovations in pedagogy as a basis for project activities.
The individual part also lasted 90 hours, during which Tetiana Koknova performed module tasks and tests.
The result of the work was the development and defense of the author’s educational project on the topic “Innovative LINGUA HUB in Higher Educational Institution”.
