Basketball game dedicated to the Ukrainian Armed Forces Day was conducted on December 8 with the purpose of national and patriotic education.
Basketball tournament dedicated to the Ukrainian Armed Forces Day was conducted with the purpose of national and patriotic education of pupils and student youth. This sport holiday was organized by Starobilsk Humanitarian and Pedagogical College, College of LNU, Starobilsk and Novopskov UDMC and Department of Family, Youth and Sports of Starobilsk DSA.
The participants are:
- team of Starobilsk gymnasium,
- team of Starobilsk Youth Sports School,
- team of Bielokurakino district,
- combined team of Starobilsk and Luhansk Colleges.
Honored guests – Pro-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work of LNU O.I. Babychev and Deputy Military Commissar of Starobilsk and Novopskov UDMC S. M. Sviridenko – wished young sportsmen victories in sport and life, success in education, well-being and peace.
The team of Starobilsk gymnasium won the competitions. Teams of Starobilsk Youth Sports School and Bielokurakino district took the second and the third places.
Tournament participants were awarded with honorary diplomas, valuable prizes and sweet presents.
