Teachers of the ER IPMAPE constantly improve themselves by taking advanced training courses.

Professional development remains one of the priority tasks of teachers of the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational and Social Institutions of the Educational and Research Institute of Public Management, Administration and Postgraduate Education, as it contributes to improving the quality of teaching. The advanced training of teachers of the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational and Social Institutions took place through internships according to the program, participation in conferences of different levels, seminars, webinars with the receipt of relevant documents.

Thus, Yevhen Khrykov, Olha Ptakhina and Nadiia Vasynova took the online course “Strengthening Teaching and Organizational Management at Universities” in February 2021 on the platform of massive open online courses Prometheus and received certificates.
