Team building training

The education applicants of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology took part in a training session on team building.

On December 16, 2021, in the free space of Coworking-center – Creative University, a team building training session “Pirates of the Caribbean” was organized for 1st year psychologists, accompanied by an assistant from the Psychology Department Daria Bilyk.

The main goal of the lesson was to build a team, teach to cooperate in a team to achieve a common goal, increase motivation and relieve psycho-emotional stress.

Team building helps to create a sense of unity in the team, which is achieved by the joint performance of difficult tasks by the participants; replace a sense of competition with a sense of unity; to develop a collective spirit and build confidence in the group advisor, due to the fact that he (or she) participates in the lesson on an equal basis with other team members.

Participants could plunge into the atmosphere of adventure, reveal their creativity, reveal themselves in the performance of non-standard tasks, develop intelligence and communication skills, openly express ideas and apply their unique skills at work, and relax.
