The Department of Commodity Research, Trade Entrepreneurship and Goods Expertise of the ER ICSTT joined the webinar.

On December 16, 2021, the teaching staff and higher education applicants of the Department of Commodity Research, Trade Entrepreneurship and Goods Expertise joined the webinar on the topic: “Technical Regulation of Industrial Products: Technical Documentation and Product Labeling”, which took place in an online format on the ZOOM platform. 

After the implementation of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, the EU legislative requirements for industrial products have already become, and for others they will soon become the requirements of the Ukrainian market. Consequently, when exporting products to the EU, as well as when selling them in Ukraine, the manufacturer is responsible for safety and must documentarily prove the compliance of his products with safety requirements, that is, technical requirements.

Participation in the webinar helped to understand the principles of drafting technical documentation required for confirmation of conformity, declaration of conformity and product labeling rules when exporting to the European Union or selling such products in Ukraine.

The speaker was Valerii Perepelitsa, Director of the Foreign Economic Activity Department of the Donetsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
