The teaching staff and higher education applicants of the Department of Commodity Research, Trade Entrepreneurship and Goods Expertise joined the online training.
On December 10, 2021, the teachers and higher education applicants of the Department of Commodity Research, Trade Entrepreneurship and Goods Expertise joined the online training on the topic: “Metrological Support of the Enterprise. Changes in the Field of Technical Regulation and Metrology”.
The development of the economics in recent years is closely related to the increased requirements for product quality.
Important elements of product quality are the production processes at the enterprise, each of which is characterized by a number of parameters. These parameters should only be changed for given relevant product characteristics. Parameters of the technological process, semi-finished products and finished products must be measured. Measurements in production are designed to obtain information about the state of the technological process.
Modern changes in approaches to ensuring the quality of products significantly increase the requirements for the organization of metrological activities at enterprises. Therefore, online training is very relevant for business entities seeking to produce quality products, building their business in the legal field, including in accordance with the current norms of national and European legislation.
The purpose of the event is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to introduce effective metrological support at enterprises as a guarantee for achieving a significant improvement in product quality and reducing non-production costs for its development and production.
The training program included consideration of the following issues:
- consideration of the Law “On Metrology and Metrological Activity”,
- changes in the field of technical regulation and metrology,
- list of legally regulated measuring instruments, calibration intervals,
- the procedure for conducting an audit of legally regulated free trade zones,
- metrological support at the enterprise,
- ensuring the uniformity of measurements in the production of food products.
The separate section will be devoted to questions and answers.
