29.11.2021
The education applicants of the Institute of History, International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences listened to an online presentation.
Recently, education applicants of all specialties of the ER IHIRSPS listened to the online presentation from the VoxUkraine analytical center, where they had the opportunity to get to know about practical tools, projects and research that could be useful in their education, preparation of materials and in future professions.
VoxUkraine is an analytical platform whose mission is to develop critical thinking and economic literacy, popularize the latest methods of economic research and conduct its own research based on data. Also, Vox helps to develop solutions in the public interest and assesses the progress of reforms. Since 2014, VoxUkraine has published over 7,000 articles, which have been read by 15,000,000 people. Analysts have assessed 1,100 regulatory amendments that change the “rules of the game”, taught more than 300 trainees, checked almost 10,000 political quotes and refuted 1,700 fakes.
“Intellectual and analytical support of displaced educational institutions is a kind of social contribution and social mission for VoxUkraine. It is important for us that as many people as possible can rely on high-quality analytical materials, make decisions based on data, not emotions. I am sure that experience of VoxUkraine will be very useful for students and teachers of LTSNU. At the same time, the university can share with practical insights for future policies and research, with which Vox works”, Marina Bohun, director of communications for VoxUkraine, said.
“Cooperation with the analytical center VoxUkraine is very interesting and useful for education applicants, as they will be able to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice, and the information already received by the center is extremely important for our students. I look forward to further cooperation and more common events implemented in the futureˮ, Anton Bader, Director of the ER IHIRSPS noted.
