The higher education applicant of the ER IPES is included in the Halls of Fame of the International Powerlifting Federation.

A significant event for the Ukrainian Powerlifting and the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports of the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University” took place!

At the end of the World Championship in the Norwegian city of Stavanger, our applicant for the II (master’s) level, specialty “Physical Culture and Sports” officially and solemnly was included in the Hall of Fame of the International Powerlifting Federation. Serhii Bilyi really became the hero of our sport!

In the entire fifty-year history of IPF, only three representatives of Ukraine have had such an honor.

We congratulate Serhii on this significant achievement and wish him always to move forward and upward to new heights and records! We are proud of you!
