Online lecture

A lecture-conversation with the medical director was held at the Institute of Physical Education and Sports. 

On November 18, 2021, an online meeting of education applicants of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports with the medical director of the Communal non-profit institution “Center for Primary Health Care” of the Kreminna City Council Vladyslav Parshikov.

During the meeting, the health worker spoke about the danger of Covid-19 disease, severe side effects and high incidence rates in our region. Particular attention during the lecture-conversation was paid to the need for vaccination. Vladyslav spoke about the principle of action of the vaccine and cited statistics on seriously ill and fatal cases among unvaccinated people, and also noted that after vaccination, even if a person is sick with Covid-19, the disease proceeds much easier.

It should be noted that the event was attended by applicants for all specialties and courses and showed interest in the information provided. We also note that to date, 84 applicants have been vaccinated at the ER IPES, and after the meeting, most of those present expressed a desire to be vaccinated.
