The fourth round of the Ukrainian Basketball Championship

The BC “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University” played its 4th round in the Ukrainian Basketball Championship.

On November 13, a match with the team of the first league BC “Mariupol 2” took place at the arena “Azovmash” in the city of Mariupol, and ended with a victory for the basketball players of the Luhansk region! The team leaders Dmytro Zolotarov and Oleksandr Orlov showed good results.

In the second match, held on November 14, the home team of BC “Mariupol 2” won. Unfortunately, our athletes lost only one point (82:81), but a decent fight gave us an unrivaled experience. In all quarters of the game, Andrii Shalamov and Serhii Melnyk consolidated their leadership.

The next games will take place on December 4 and 5 at the home arena in the city of Rubizhne. The rivals will be the BC “Kharkovski Sokoly”.

We wish the athletes a sporting spirit, strong character, success, leadership and victories. Let’s support the only men’s basketball club in the Luhansk region!
