The staff of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University congratulates Olena Karaman on her appointment as Rector.

According to the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 458-K dated November 15, 2021, “On the Appointment of the Rector” Olena Karaman, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor was appointed Rector of the State institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University”. For five years from November 16, 2021 to November 15, 2026, she will be worthy of responsibility for her native Alma Mater.

Dear Olena Leonidivna, the teaching staff and students of the university congratulate you on your appointment to such a high and responsible position. We are sure that you will purposefully pursue a course towards making informed decisions on preserving the identity of the oldest institution of higher education in Luhansk region, continuing traditions, providing training of highly professional specialists, international recognition of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, preserving and increasing its potential.
