Advanced training at the IPP

2021 for teachers of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology turned out to be productive in terms of improving their qualifications and professional skills.

In 2019, Ukraine approved the Procedure for advanced training of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers, which determines the procedure, types, forms, volume, frequency, conditions for advanced training, the procedure for recognizing the results. The new system implies an increase and expansion of opportunities for improvement of teaching excellence and professional growth throughout life. The purpose of further training is professional development in accordance with the state policy in the field of education and the quality of education.

The teaching staff of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of our university constantly improves professional qualifications, improves pedagogical skills, using various forms and methods.

In 2021, the director of the ER IPP, the newly elected rector of the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University” prof. Olena Karaman underwent advanced training under the educational and professional program “Directors (deputy directors) of institutes, deans (deputy deans) of faculties, universities, academies, institutes” at the Central Institute of Postgraduate Education, State Educational Institution “University of Education Management” of the National Academy of Educational Sciences.
