On October 4, 2021, the Faculty of Natural Sciences hosted a lecture-training “Emotional Competence – the Key to the Success of a Person of the XXI Century” was held, moderated by Inna Ivanovna Kurlishchuk, Associate Professor of the Pedagogy Department.
The event was attended by the first-second year students of all specialties of the Faculty.
During the lecture, Inna Ivanivna introduced the students to the terms Hard Skills and Soft Skills, while explaining the importance of these concepts and the difference between them. She shared with educ ationapplicants the secrets of the art of managing emotions, which will allow them to increase their efficiency and satisfaction with life in the future, and will create the basis for ensuring successful professional self-realization.
Also during this lecture, the moderator conducted a training for students, the main goal of which was to form the participants’ knowledge about emotional competence, disclosing their own potential – an internal reserve of strength, energy and creativity, promoting the development of emotional intelligence.
The training lecture was held in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, during which the education applicants attentively listened to the lecture and with great pleasure completed all the training exercises.
