Futsal Championship of the Luhansk region

The team of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports took part in the Futsal Championship of the Luhansk region.

On October 30, 2021, the first rounds of the qualifying stage of the Luhansk Region Futsal Championship took place in the city of Severodonetsk. For the first time, the team of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports took part in these competitions. According to the tournament regulations, there are eight teams in the group, four of which will advance to the First League, and the teams that remain in 5-8 places will go to the Second League.

The first game for our players started hard – it was given as a sign of excitement, because for the first time we played in the Ice Palace. In the first half, they even lost to the “Urozhai” team 0:1. Then the guys got together, listened to the tactical instructions of the coach Maksym Kovalov and the game ended with a crushing score in favor of our team – 6:1!
