Meeting of student self-government at the FNS

On October 28, a regular meeting of student self-government took place online at the Faculty of Natural Sciences. 

During the meeting, a number of issues related to the life of students were discussed: the organization of distance learning and the difficulties faced by students; ideas and plans for holding faculty holidays and competitions planned for the end of October and November; regulations on the university creative competition for the International Students’ Day among the first-second year students of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University “Talented Youth are Our Everything!”.

Also the agenda, in addition to urgent issues, included the re-election of a representative of student self-government, namely the chairman of the student council of dormitories, during which Karyna Fomenko, 3rd year student majoring in “Forestry”, was elected.

Traditionally, information was collected from the heads of academic groups about the health status of education applicants, and the participants of the online meeting were re-familiarized with the rules of personal hygiene and general means of preventing viral diseases.

At the end of the meeting, the chairman of the student self-government of the Faculty, Olena Latka, wished all the student active members good health and creative inspiration.
