New Accents of Education in the XXI Century

The Pedagogy Department held an online workshop for students of the ER IPES. 

The workshop “New Accents of Education in the XXI Century” was organized by the Pedagogy Department for the second-third year applicants for higher education of specialties 017 “Physical Culture and Sports. Sports” and 227 “Physical Therapy. Ergotherapy”. The purpose of the event is to tell students about the strategic priorities and directions of modernization of the education system in Ukraine and the world, in particular, to discuss the prospects for innovative development of higher education in the global and national dimensions; to form the pedagogical competencies necessary for solving professional problems by future specialists in accordance with their direction of professional training in the HEI, as well as organizing their own self-education and self-improvement throughout life.

The participants of the event considered the main educational trends and the prospects that they open for modern applicants for higher education, discussed the features of the implementation of the key principles of the educational process of the HEI, among which were named: equal opportunities for all applicants for education, cooperation, openness, personalization, practical orientation, independence and continuity. Work has begun on the creation of an information base of innovative teaching methods, in which information will be stored in the form of QR codes.
