The freshmen of the Faculty of Natural Sciences visited the School of Academic Integrity.

During a workshop with training elements at the School of Academic Integrity, Tetiana Ulanovska, deputy head of the school, bibliographer of the 1st category of the library, introduced the education applicants to the regulations and documents regulating the observance of the principles of academic integrity, the main types of violations of academic integrity, the rules for citing and drawing up the list of used literature.

Also, the participants of the training learned how to work with texts in order to identify academic plagiarism using free and paid online services, learned about the principles of observing academic integrity while completing educational assignments and preparing research papers.

Upon completion of the workshop, students received certificates confirming their participation in it.

We hope that the knowledge gained at the seminar will certainly be needed by our students in the process of covering scientific research.
