Day of Defenders and Defendresses of Ukraine at the ER IEB

The Educational and Research Institute of Economics and Business celebrated the Day of Defenders and Defendresses of Ukraine.

The Day of Defenders and Defendresses of Ukraine is a holiday of true courage, the glorification of the heroes of the Ukrainian people who have made efforts to develop our independent state.

The Educational and Research Institute of Economics and Business study applicants for education who are participants in hostilities. Now they are doing military service in various regions of Ukraine and are always guarding our peace.

On the eve of the holiday, employees of the Directorate sent out addressed congratulations to the participants in the hostilities. They wished defenders and the defendresses inexhaustible health, inspiration and a peaceful sky. 

On October 13, the advisors of the academic groups held thematic hours on the topic “Glorious Sons and Daughters of Ukraine”. Particularly active were Anna Bairachna, assistant of the Department of Finance, Accounting and Banking, Chairman of the Council of Advisers of the ER IEB; Assistant of the Department of Finance, Accounting and Banking Svitlana Voloshenko; Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Marketing and Entrepreneurship Halyna Shtapauk and advisers of the Department of Management. Participants of the hostilities were invited to the thematic hours, who told about the military events in the east of Ukraine.

The student self-government of the institute and the staff of the directorate prepared a video greeting for the military on the occasion of the holiday.

Students and teachers of the Educational and Research Institute of Economics and Business joined the university-wide events on the celebration of the Day of Defenders and Defendresses of Ukraine. So, gifts were collected for the military, and creative student youth took part in the festive celebrations.
