Participation in the training

Applicants for higher education of the Faculty of Ukrainian Philology and Social Communications took part in the training.

On October 09-10, in the creative public space of the STB city hub, a regional training was held on the topic “Public Leadership in the Peace Process”. The event was organized by the “Effective Community” within the framework of the “World in Digital Time” project! The project is being implemented with the support of the Institute for International Cultural Relations (IFA) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany. NGO “CSR “Effective Community” is the regional coordinator of this project in the Luhansk region.

Together with the trainer Oksana Husakova, the participants got acquainted with the concept of “leadership”, sorted out who a leader is and what are his/her differences from a supervisor, what is the essence of leadership, what basic qualities a leader should have, etc. In addition, the youth passed a psychogeometric leadership test, an exercise for building a tower without communication, and other interactive activities.
