Meeting with a student-defender
12.10.2021
A meeting with a military student, timed to coincide with the Day of Defenders and Defendresses of Ukraine, took place at the Institute of History, International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences.
On October 12, the directorate of the Institute of History, International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences met with one of the representatives of the military students of our institute. This meeting was timed to October 14 – the Day of Defenders and Defendresses of Ukraine. More than 100 people study in our structural subdivision. Our director Anton Bader met with a representative of the military. In a friendly atmosphere, Anton Bader talked with our defender: they drank coffee, had conversations on various topics.
On October 14, Ukrainians celebrate three holidays at once. The first is the holiday of the Protection of the Holy Virgin, the second is the Day of the Ukrainian Cossacks, the third is a very young holiday – the Day of the Defenders and Defendresses of Ukraine.
On this day, one should honor Ukrainian heroes and heroines: those who defended us, Ukraine and its territorial integrity during bloody battles. It should be remembered that it is they who contribute to the strengthening of the patriotic spirit among young people, popularize respect among new generations for military traditions.
We sincerely congratulate you on the Day of Defenders and Defendresses of Ukraine! This holiday symbolizes the love and respect of Ukrainians for the defenders and liberators of their native land, for those who today stand guard over the independence of the state. We are especially grateful to the war veterans. Your feat will always remain an example of patriotism, courage and self-sacrifice.
Low bow to you, filial gratitude and best wishes for health, longevity and harmony.
