Applicant Day

The Applicant Day and a press-conference were conducted on November 21 at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

At the event school leavers were provided with the information on the university and specialities, learned about the features of education, student life and future employment.

In attendance were:

• University Rector, Professor, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences – Serhii Viktorovych Savchenko.
• Pro-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Sciences, Candidate of Historical Sciences – Dmytro Viktorovych Uzhchenko.
• Pro-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Sciences, Associated Professor, Candidate of Historical Sciences – Oleksandr Ivanovych Babychev.
• Executive Secretary of Admission Committee, Associated Professor of the Department of Social Pedagogy, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences – Yaroslava Ihorivna Yurkiv.

Serhii Viktorovych Savchenko, Rector of the university, greeted future students and told about university activity in different fields.

Executive Secretary of the Admission Committee Yaroslava Ihorivna Yurkiv explained the procedure of admission 2016.

Also, preparatory courses for EIE were presented at the event. Responsible for the pre-professional applicants training Nataliia Yuriivna Matsai told how to prepare for and to succeed in the independent evaluation.

Pupils got the answers regarding different aspects of education and student life.
