Improvement of the educational program

The students and teaching staff are engaged in improving the educational program.
An important component of ensuring the quality of higher education is attracting higher education applicants and academic staff to practical webinars and using the results to strengthen cooperation with government agencies and businesses. Thus, applicants for the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education, specialty 076 “Entrepreneurship,Trade and Exchange Activities” of the educational program “Commodity Science and Expertise in Customs” and scientific and pedagogical workers of the Department of Commodity Research, Trade Entrepreneurship and Goods Expertise of the ER ICSTT took part in the webinar on the topic: “New Policy of State Supervision (Control), Consumer Protection and State Market Supervision: Ask – We Will Answer”. The specified final interactive webinar was held on the basis of the communication platform on technical regulation on October 5, 2021, with the support of the GIZ Project “Application and implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement” in the field of trade.
During the event, representatives of the Department of Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economy acquainted the participants with changes in legislation in the areas of consumer protection, state supervision (control) and market supervision of non-food products, and also provided answers to questions from participants.
During the feedback, Natalia Omelchenko (guarantor of the second (master’s) level of higher education of the educational program “Commodity Science and Expertise in Customs”, Professor of the Department of Commodity Researcg, Trade Entrepreneurship and Goods Expertise, ER ICSTT, Chairman, Chief Expert of the Public Organization Scientific “Research Center “Independent Expertise”) applied with proposals to amend the draft Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and received a positive response.
