Teachers’ Day

Teachers’ Day was celebrated at the Foreign Languages Department.

The organizer of the holiday Valeria Alexandrovna Shkarlet together with the student government prepared the most creative performances, where the participating students showed themselves and thus congratulated their teachers. Inflammatory dances, sensual piano playing, soulful songs, impeccable guitar playing and much more were an opportunity to see on the stage.

The Dean of the Foreign Languages ​​Department – Svitlana Oleksandrivna Shekhavtsova, the Head of the Department of Romance and Germanic Philology – Olena Mykolayivna Bindas and the Acting Head of the Department of Theory and Practice of Translation – Nadiya Oleksandrivna Demchenko were invited to the welcoming speech.

For conscientious work, high professionalism, quality training, significant personal contribution to the development of higher education and on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the State University “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University” were awarded anniversary diplomas and diplomas of the Department.

The students’ self-government carefully prepared for the holiday and prepared humorous videos about the teachers, which significantly lifted their spirits and made them laugh. The concert was festive and joyful, and the faculty continues to reveal the talents of students.
