Stakeholder surveys at HEIs are an important tool for ensuring the quality of education. The data collected in the course of the surveys make it possible to see the strengths and weaknesses in the activities of higher educational institutions, to understand the causes of certain problems and to form the most appropriate way of development for a particular institution. All this is possible only on condition of a well-designed survey. The speaker talked about how to turn the survey into an effective tool for ensuring the quality of education using the example of the National University of Water Resources and Environmental Management. In addition, the following issues were considered: institutional system of questionnaires; attracting applicants, scientific and pedagogical workers and psychologists to the creation and improvement of questionnaires; types and methods of polling; using the results of questionnaires and decision-making; directions of development and improvement of the questionnaire system.

A webinar on the relevant topic provided opportunities for our teachers to acquire new knowledge and apply it in the future to improve the educational process.
