Gift from the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance

The library of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University has been replenished with new editions.

In the last days of July, the university received a gift from the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance. These are more than 40 brochures of the national patriotic direction.

They were donated to the university library by Serhii Gorobets, an employee of the North-Eastern Interregional Department of the Institute.

Among the transferred collection, special attention is drawn to the work of Roman Kulik and Maksym Maiorov “2014: the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war” response to Russian aggression against Ukraine, terminological dictionary, etc.

The catalogs of the exhibitions “Ukrainian Insurgent Army. The answer of the conquered people: rebels against Nazism and communism and “Ukrainian Army”. They present not only thematic images, but also provide comments to each of them.

The publications will be useful to historians when organizing the educational process, and the materials can also be used for curatorial hours and thematic events. They will not leave indifferent those who are concerned about the fate and history of our state.
