The subject of the second training was “Public Relations: Where? When? Why?” by PR-manager of Ukrainian Library Association Oksana Boyarinova. She covered the issues of PR working directions, working features with media, crisis PR and the foundations of internal PR. Also Oksana gave the advice how to simplify the work of PR-manager.
“Considering that Window on America Center is our joint project with LNU and USA Embassy, we have decided to visit Starobilsk ourselves, look at center working and to cooperate with our colleagues from Luhansk Regional Department of ULA. This is one more possibility of direct communication and support of our colleagues at the territory of Luhanshchyna who work under such complicated conditions now. We are going to conduct such visits in future as well. We hope that such professional cooperation will demonstrate the result as quality library and information service for the whole society”, – noted Yaroslava Yevhenivna Soshynska.
