European Cup of Kettlebell Lifting

A student of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports took part in the European Cup of Kettlebell Lifting as a member of the national team of Ukraine.

From 2 to 5 July, the European Cup of Kettlebell Lifting was held in Kaunas (Lithuania). Four countries took part in the competition: Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia and Russia.

Oleksandr Rybin, a 2nd year student majoring in “Physical Culture and Sport”, was included in the national team of Ukraine. In the team relay in the long cycle of 32 kg kettlebell, the Ukrainian team took the second place with a total of 117 lifts. Oleksandr Rybin, having lifted 33 lifts in three minutes, fulfilled the standard of the International Master of Sports of Ukraine.
