Results of the online course in career counseling

The lading specialist of the Career Development Center completed the online course in career counseling.

Olena Glushchenko, a leading specialist at the Career Development Center, together with 37 representatives of career and employment centers of institutions of higher and vocational education from different regions, took an online course on career counseling.

As part of the course and in order to further maximize effective interaction, Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University signed a memorandum of cooperation on career development of youth with the Public Organization Center for the Development of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Cooperation takes place within the program “Dream and Do”, which is being implemented with the financial support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and carried out by IREX in partnership with the Center for CSR Development, “Building Ukraine Together” (BUT), Making Cents International (MCI), International Republican Institute (IRI) and Zinc Network.

So, at the initiative of Olena Glushchenko and within the program “Dream and Do”, students of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University took part in lectures on interviews and writing resumes, events “Fair of Professions” and “Job Fair”, applicants for education. They are now active participants in Career Hub’s online events, which host interactive webinars and skill-training workshops. Potential employers, representatives of large industrial and non-industrial organizations are involved in the classes, where they share their experience and give advice.
