Teleconference between veterans and volunteers of Ukraine

The Director of the Institute of History, International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences took part in a teleconference between veterans and volunteers of Ukraine.
On June 29, 2021, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the adoption of the Ukrainian Constitution, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine held a teleconference between veterans and volunteers of Ukraine “From the Constitution of Pylyp Orlyk to the Constitution of Ukraine”. One of the participants was the Director of the Educational and Research Institute of History, International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences, Candidate of Political Sciences Anton Bader.
The teleconference was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Veterans, historians, scientists, researchers from among veterans and volunteers from Vinnytsa, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Transcarpathian, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Chernigiv regions, as well as the city of Kyiv. In particular, among the participants were Yulia Laputina – Minister of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, Vasyl Pavlov – Adviser to the Minister of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, Ruslan Prykhodko – General Director of the Directorate of Memory and Formation of a Positive Image of the Veteran of the Ministry of Veterans, Ivan Balashov – Head of the DepartmMemory of the Defenders of Ukraine” and others.
During the event, the main historical events on the way to the adoption of the Constitution of Ukraine and the introduction of constitutional rights and freedoms of Ukrainian citizens in modern times were discussed.
