Dear students, postgraduate students, doctoral students, teachers, employees of our glorious university! I cordially congratulate you on the Constitution Day of Ukraine!

For 25 years in a row, Ukraine has been guided by the foundation of independence, the guarantor of the rights and freedoms of its citizens, the basic rules of life and functioning of the state and confirmation of the independence of the state – the Constitution. The long and difficult path of political self-determination has borne witness to the immortal will of Ukrainians to have their own statehood, to be sovereign among other free peoples of Europe and the world. The restoration of historical memory and justice, the return to self-consciousness of oneself, the Ukrainian people, the European nation are the priority tasks for us, the workers of the educational sphere, which we must solve and prove not only to ourselves, but to the whole world.

On this festive day, I would like to wish you to strengthen the sense of pride in our country, its Basic Law, which guarantees the embodiment of hopes for a better and successful life in our state. Let the democratic principles enshrined in the Constitution become the realities of our present, and the spirit of legality come into the hearts of every citizen of our country. Good health, inexhaustible energy, inspiration, confidence, all-round development, constant self-improvement, wisdom, high achievements, success in work and new hights!
