Meeting with gifted youth

University teachers took part in the ceremonial event from the Junior Academy of Sciences. 

Teachers of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University took part in the solemn meeting of Serhii Haidai with gifted students – members of the Luhansk Regional Junior Academy of Sciences, pupils and their scientific advisers.

On June 03, a solemn meeting of Serhii Haidai, chairman of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, the head of the Regional Military-Civil Administration, with gifted students of educational institutions of the region, winners and prize-winners of All-Ukrainian and regional competitions took place in the Luhansk Regional State Administration. The meeting was attended by 70 pupils-members of the IAS and their scientific advisers from all over the Luhansk region.

The following lecturers of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University were invited: 

  • Tetiana Pinchuk, Dean of the Faculty of Ukrainian Philology and Social Communications;
  • Svitlana Vovk, Head of the Department of Political Science and Law of the Educational and Research of History, Institute of International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences;
  • Halyna Yevtushenko, Associate Professor, Department of Biology and Agronomy, Faculty of Natural Sciences;
  • Olha Bublik, Associate Professor of the Department of Political Science and Law of the Educational and Scientific Institute of History, International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences;
  • Volodymyr Matievskyi, Assistant of the Department of Information Technologies and Systems, Educational and Research Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technologies.

The head of the region expressed confidence that young talents will preserve and develop all those talents and abilities that they have, will be able to take a worthy place in life and glorify their native land, because it is very symbolic that the meeting took place on the birthday of the Luhansk region.
