Certification of graduates at the Design Department

An oral examination and defense of creative works took place at the Design Department, the Institute of Commerce, Serving Technologies and Tourism.  

On May 28, the Design Department held the certification of full-time and part-time higher education applicants in the specialty 022 “Design. Hairstyle Design and the Art of Makeup”, the  educational level “Bachelor”.

Eight higher education applicants were admitted to the oral exam and the defense of creative works, of whom 6 people took the exam in the city of Starobilsk, and others joined the exam online using the Microsoft Teams platform.

The State Commission headed by Chairman Oleksandr Tarasenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Fine Arts of the Poltava V.G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University, a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, in the presence of Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work Oleksandr Meniailenko, Deputy Director of the ER ICSTT Natalia Bykadorova, head of the Design Department Iryna Prodan, Associate Professor of the Design Department Olha Kostiuk, teacher of the Design Department Oksana Hetman, teacher of the Design Department and secretary Iryna Koval opened the envelopes and distributed examination tickets among higher education applicants.

The admission to certification was the execution of an explanatory note of creative work and the creation of hairstyles and makeup on a blank.

Certification consisted of two parts – theoretical, where graduates orally answered theoretical questions and practical, where they showed their skills by performing individual creative images on models.

On the day of the defense of creative works, graduates performed a general image on models, taking into account the suit, hairstyle, make-up and manicure.

The commission singled out the best works of graduates Olena Krivsha and Natalia Momot and gave them excellent marks.

We congratulate our graduates on passing the oral exam and defense of their creative works. We wish them further self-realization and are waiting for them in the magistracy!
