“Colors Intertwined Like a Rainbow”

The online photo exhibition “Colors Intertwined Like a Rainbow” was held online at the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University” due to the celebration of the World Vyshyvanka Day.
The participants of the photo exhibition were students, teachers, families of students, folk masters of embroidery, making national clothes, artistic beadwork and everyone who is a fan of Ukrainian folk traditions. The photo exhibition presents works from all regions of Ukraine (Starobilsk, Luhansk, Lysychansk, Milove, Markivka, Konstiantynivka, Ternopil, Lviv, Poltava, etc.).
The respected jury evaluated the work of the participants.
According to the results of the competition:
The first place in the nomination “Author’s Vyshyvanka” was won by Lidia Soroka, a folk craftswoman from the settlement of Milove, a participant from the Faculty of Ukrainian Philology and Social Communications, and Anna Kucheriavenko, second-year student of the College of LTSNU, won in the nomination “Series of National Products”.
The second place is divided into two nominations. In the nomination “Symbols of Ukraine” the winner was Alina Verbetska, master’s student majoring in “Secondary Education. Labor Training and Technologiesˮ of the Educational and Research Institute of Commerce, Serving Technologies and Tourism, and in the nomination “Towels from the grandmother’s chest” – Lilia Yarmakova, fourth-year student majoring in “Primary Education. Ukrainian Language and Literatureˮ of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology.
The third place was taken by Evgenia Kaprar, fourth-year student majoring in “Labor Training and Technologies” of the Educational and Research Institute of Commerce, Serving Technologies and Tourism in the nomination “House in the Village”; Kateryna Obozna, second-year student majoring in “Secondary Education. Labor Training and Technologies”, Lysychansk Pedagogical College of LTSNU, Vladislava Panchenko in the nomination “Vyshyvanka with own hands”, Brianka College of LTSNU; Alina Latka, Deputy Dean for Social and Humanitarian Work of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, won the nomination “Icons with beads”.
Diplomas in the nominations “The National Heritage of My Ancestors” was awarded to Anna Skorik, third-year higher education applicant, specialty “Preschool Education” of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology; Iryna Sedelnikova, 3rd year student majoring in “Social Work. Social Pedagogy. Practical Psychologyˮ of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology in the nomination “Wedding Towels”; Anastasia Iziumska, higher education applicant at the College of LTSNU in the nomination “Gift from the Past”.
