A round table on updating documents on social and humanitarian work was held at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.
On May 14, a round table on the features and procedures for the implementation of updated documents on the social and humanitarian work was held at LTSNU.
The event was attended by deputy directors and deans for social and humanitarian work of the university’s structural subdivisions.
First, the audience was congratulated by Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work Oleksandr Babichev and Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Pedagogy Department Iryna Koteneva. They emphasized the important role of social and humanitarian work and identified areas for further activities.
During the round table, those present considered three important documents on social and humanitarian work, which were recently updated: “Regulation on the adviser of a group of higher education applicants of the SI “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University”, “Regulation on the council of advisers of groups of higher education applicants of the SI “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University”, “Regulations on the organization of student advisers’ activity of the SI “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University”.
Iryna Koteneva focused on the role and functions of advisers and student advisors for a group of higher education applicants. Deputy directors and deans of structural subdivisions reviewed the procedure for appointing and reporting advisers and important aspects of the work of the advisory board.
Also, the participants of the event considered the updated concept of social and humanitarian work of the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University”.
The attendees asked questions that interested them, and at the end of the event they identified the main tasks for further activities, in particular, to hold a meeting of the Council of Advisors in each structural subdivision.
