Marketing Education: Attracting Entrepreneur Practitioners
21.4.2021
The introduction of new approaches to the educational process is implemented at the Department of Economics, Marketing and Entrepreneurship of the ER IEB.
The formation by the Department of Economics, Marketing and Entrepreneurship of the dual orientation of the educational process of future marketing specialists is embodied in the introduction of new approaches to its organization.
The Academic Department and the Postgraduate Department of the University supported the proposal for the postgraduate student Artem Dugin to undergo his pedagogical practice in the form of binary lectures with his scientific adviser Professor Viacheslav Chebotarov for students majoring in Marketing, the discipline “International Economics”.
These lectures (in the conditions of quarantine, they were carried out online in accordance with the schedule on April 10, 13 and 14, 2021) were also joined by 2nd year students majoring in Economics.
At the beginning of the semester, Viacheslav Chebotarov gave a similar binary lecture on the same discipline with Beata Glinkowska-Krause, professor of the University of Lodz (Republic of Poland).
The postgraduate student made good use of his professional experience in international business. Consideration of the issues of the academic discipline was transformed into an analysis of practical situations on the development of foreign trade transactions by small and medium-sized businesses in the region, as well as the creation of an innovative startup by students.
