Science Days at the Management Department

On April 6, Science Days were held at the Management Department of the Educational and Research Institute of Economics and Business.

Traditionally, in spring Days of Science are held at the Management Department of the Educational and Research Institute of Economics and Business. This year, due to quarantine restrictions, the event was held online.

The event was attended by 22 education applicants as well as teachers of the Department.

The most relevant were the studies of Ilia Kameniuka (“Tools for the formation of strategic knowledge in the enterprise management system”), Daria Zadorozhna (“Modern problems of personnel management in a multicultural environment”), Anastasia Sobol (“Business career management in modern organizations”), Iryna Panchenko ( “Managing the motivation of enterprise personnel”), Vadym Sergienko (“Results of the decentralization reform in Ukraine for 2014-2020 and development prospects”), Yulia Melezhyk (Topical issues of enterprise development in the educational process), Yaroslava Vinnik and Artur Onishchenko (“Systems motivation of personnel in different countries of the world”).

According to the results of the Science Days, several nominations were allocated and the winners were determined.
