Swimming competitions

The Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports held the Spartakiad.
You can’t put a limit on anything. The more you dream, the farther you get.

Therefore, we do not stop and continue the Olympiad of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports! The next type of sports competition was a spectacular and technical sport – swimming. The new beautiful swimming pool of the Sports Center “Olimp” has gathered more than 40 athletes wishing to take part and test their strength in the water. Together with the students, a team of faculty members went to the starts in order to support their students and inspire them by their example.
Sports tests were held in the following types of programs:
- 25 m freestyle;
- 50 m freestyle;
- 25 m backstroke;
- 25 m butterfly;
- 50 m breaststroke;
- 4×25 m freestyle relay.
Spectators saw only one-second performances of swimmers in the pool. However, what an effort it costs for athletes! Bright starts, lots of emotions and good mood accompanied all the competitions.
Congratulations to the winners and participants of the competition on the Olympiad. Thanks to Sports Center “Olimp” for providing the base for the competition, to the judges and participants, to the Director of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports Oleksandr Dubovyi, for the organization and the possibility of holding the competition. Until we meet again on sports pedestals!
