Online Open Day

Online Open Day was held at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

Today, April 3, 2021, our higher education institution hosted Online Open Day using the Zoom platform. Previous experience has shown that holding this event is beneficial for applicants and their parents. After all, without any extra effort, they have the opportunity to communicate with the administration, the executive secretary of the admissions committee, the head of the educational centers “Donbas-Ukraine” and “Crimea-Ukraine”, as well as deans and teachers of structural subdivisions.

At the beginning of the conference, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work Dmytro Uzhchenko addressed all those present with a welcoming speech. He spoke about the university, the geography of its location, and also introduced the teaching staff.

The executive secretary of the admissions committee Alina Beshkynska informed those present about the admission campaign-2021, the rules of admission to the university.

During the online meeting, the head of the Donbas-Ukraine and Crimea-Ukraine educational centers Svitlana Kharkivska spoke about rules for the applicants’ personal admission.

Olena Dukhova, Head of the Student Social Service of the Legal Department, spoke in detail about the preferential categories of applicants, including orphans; children deprived of parental care; children of combatants; combatants, etc.
