“PROskills of the Future”

Young scientists of the ER IPP took part in the training seminar “PROskills of the Future”.

On March 25-29, young scientists of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology Yelyzaveta Shkarupa and Viktoria Kakatsii took part in a methodological training seminar under the program “PROskills of the Future” (Sviatogirsk, Donetsk region). This program is being implemented within the framework of cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the United Nations Program for Peace Recovery and Development, in particular, the United Nations Population Fund in Ukraine (UNFPA).

It should be noted that the educational and creative (training) program “PROskills of the Future” is aimed at the formation of youth professional skills of the XXI century, associated with creative and critical thinking, consciousness of the future, the ability to create individual and collective strategies of action; development of co-creation, cross-culture, peacemaking.

The training participants were scientific and pedagogical workers, postgraduate students of higher educational institutions from 5 regions: Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Mykolaiv. Yelyzaveta Shkarupa and Viktoria Kakatsii represented the Luhansk region. The ProSkills program is the most creative and unusual for young people in Ukraine, it is already being implemented in Ukrainian education and has significant results.

We express our sincere gratitude to the author of the program Natalia Leshchuk and the trainers for such an incredible, creative, educational and intensive training seminar! Now the best practices for the formation of skills for life in the 21st century will be introduced into the educational, scientific and socio-humanitarian work of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology.
