Participation in the publication of a collective monograph

Scientists of the ER ICSTT took part in the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Seminar “Good Nutrition”.
Representatives of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University – Viktor Drel, Director of the ER ICSTT; Liudmyla Senogonova, Head of the Department of Commodity Research, Commercial Business and Goods Expertise; Viktoria Volodavchik, Assistant of the Department; Dmytro Kramarenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Production Technologies and Professional Education; Natalia Girenko, Assistant of the Department – took part in the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Seminar “Good Nutrition” in the framework of the program “Science for the Army”, which was held at the training center of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine.
Participants of this prestigious event were also: Kharkiv State University of Nutrition and Trade, Scientific Research Institute of Military Medicine of the Ukrainian Military Medical Academy, National Pharmaceutical University, National University of Food Technologies, Sumy State University, National Scientific Center “Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry named after A.N. Sokolovsky”, National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, O.M. Marzeiev Institute for Public Health of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.
During the seminar, problems and prospects for the development of the organization of food supply for the National Guard of Ukraine were considered. An assessment of the organization of catering for the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the zone of the Joint Forces Operation is given. Adequate food for military personnel: this is a matter of innovative aspects of technology, energy efficient production, storage and marketing.
The organizers of the Scientific and Practical Seminar created a cluster to demonstrate the business projects successfully implemented by the educational institution.
At the end of December 2020, a monograph was published according to the results of the Scientific and Practical Seminar.
From the standpoint of the innovative approach, the monograph reveals key trends in energy efficient production, storage of nutritious food products, as well as marketing technologies for the formation and development of the modern market. Separately, attention is paid to interdisciplinary research on the Science for the Army project, implemented by the participants of the educational, research and production cluster “Adequate Nutrition: Innovative Aspects of Technologies, Energy Efficient Processing and Marketing”.
The monograph is intended for researchers, applicants for higher education, applicants for a scientific degree in technological, economic and management specialties, marketing specialists and all interested parties.
