On December 16-17, 2020, a regular meeting of the Specialized Academic Council D 29.053.03 for the defense of doctoral and candidate’s theses was held.

On December 16-17, 2020, a regular meeting of the Specialized Academic Council D 29.053.03 for the defense of doctoral and candidate’s dissertations took place, which, according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 15, 2020 No. 607, was held using video communication in real time.

So, on December 16, there was defened a doctoral dissertation by Tetiana Sych, teacher of the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational and Social Institutions of the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University” (second half of 20th – early 21st century) “in the specialty 13.00.06 – theory and methods of education management; scientific consultant – Yevhen Khrykov, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational and Social Institutions. During the discussion of the dissertation, members of the council and official opponents – Sorochan T. M., Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Director of the Central Institute of Postgraduate Education “University of Education Management” of the AES of Ukraine; A.A. Kharkivska, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Prof., Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work of the CI “KharkIv Humanitarian and Pedagogical Academy” of the KharkIv Regional Council; O.M. Kasianova, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Prof., Head of the Department of Pedagogy, Philosophy and Language Training of the Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine noted the high level of training of the applicant, who implemented her own scientific plan to solve topical issues of the development of the methodology of researching education management problems in the history of domestic pedagogical science.
