Online initiation of freshmen into students took place at the Educational and Research Institute of Economics and Business.

The initiation of freshmen into students has become a traditional event at the Educational and Research Institute of Economics and Business. Over the years, the institution has developed its own special traditions of this festive event, in particular, various quests and competitions organized by senior students.

This year, due to quarantine conditions, freshmen initiation took place online on the Teams platform. At the beginning of the event, all those present were congratulated by the Director of the Institute Valerii Khmel. He wished freshmen inspiration, creative success and further achievements. The Deputy Director for Academic Affairs A.S. Bairachna, Deputy Director for Social and Humanitarian Work O.A. Chernysh, Head of the Department of Management E.A. Snitko, Head of the Department of Finance, Accounting and Banking N.A. Riazanova and senior lecturer of the Department of Economics, Marketing and Entrepreneurship O.I. Savchenko also congratulated the students. 

After that, an online quest, organized by senior students, began. The students prepared interesting tasks, in particular, to find differences in the photographs of the institute, guess popular melodies and much more. A warm atmosphere of mutual understanding and unity of a large family reigned at the event.

The freshmen also reviewed the video greetings prepared by the directorate, second and third year students.

As a result of the event, active students were awarded in various nominations.
