The results of the competition “World people’s poetry” dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University

For the fourth year in a row, the Faculty of Foreign Languages, headed by Dean Svitlana Olexandrivna Shekhavtsova, and with the participation of the Department of Romance and Germanic Philology, Head Olena Mykolaiivna Byndas, holds a competition of readers in a foreign language for Luhansk and Poltava regions. This year the usual format of the event was changed to online. More than 100 videos were submitted in Italian, Spanish, French, German and English.

For this year’s participants, teachers of foreign languages conduct free master classes in different languages: Olha Grygorivna Blednova (German), Valeriia Oleksandrivna Shkarlet (Spanish), Mila Andriivna Ovcharova (French), Oleksandra Borzova (Japan), San Sanych Podmarov (Chanese) and Iryna Sergiivna Paslavska (English).

FFL hopes for fruitful cooperation and plans to continue communicating with future entrants by holding free master classes in the above languages on a monthly basis.
