Meeting of the Youth Business Club
6.11.2020
On November 5, an online meeting of the Youth Business Club was held at the Educational and Research Institute of Economics and Business.
The Youth Business Club of the Educational and Research Institute of Economics and Business, which in the last academic year opened the opportunity for students to communicate with successful entrepreneurs and gain practical experience in doing business, this year is actively continuing its activities.
Thus, in September the meeting was attended by a well-known photographer, entrepreneur, founder of his own studio, Oleksii Mykhailov. He spoke about the peculiarities of teamwork, the problems that arise at the initial stage of doing business, and outlined the main prospects for entrepreneurial activity in a small town.
Despite the quarantine, the activity of the Youth Business Club continues online. So, on November 5, with the help of the Teams platform, a regular meeting was held, which was attended by the famous confectioner Olena Postaruk.
Olena began her career in Starobilsk city. With the help of social networks, she developed her business, worked to create her own brand and improve the quality of products.
Olena recently moved to Spain and now lives in Barcelona. But even there, she continues to engage in such business activities.
Olena Poshturuk told the students about the specifics of employment in foreign countries and promising areas of entrepreneurial activity. Olena especially focused on how the COVID-19 epidemic and quarantine have changed the focus of doing business.
The students actively asked questions that interested them, and thanked Olena Postaruk for the meaningful conversation.
The work of the Youth Business Club continues. The next meeting will take place in November. More details about the place and time of the meeting of the Youth Business Club will be announced on the page of the Educational and Research Institute of Economics and Business in social networks (https://www.facebook.com/groups/304832259928389).
