Online training with applicants for higher education

The Department of Pedagogy conducted a training for applicants for higher education of the first (bachelor’s) level of the specialty “Physical Culture and Sports. Sports”.
Online training “Prevention of Professional Deformations of a Future Specialist” was conducted by the Department of Pedagogy of the ER IPP with third-year students majoring in “Physical Culture and Sports. Sports” (ER IPES). The event was organized as part of the elective course “Trendspotting and Professional Future of a Modern Specialist” (teacher – Ph.D., Associate Professor Inna Ivanivna Kurlishchuk). The training was held on the Microsoft Teams platform.
The purpose of the training is to reveal the essence and features of professional deformation of specialists, to learn how to identify the first signs of professional destruction, to analyze the main reasons for professional burnout of specialists in the field of physical culture and sports, to form practical skills in using various methods of preventing and overcoming professional deformations.
During the event, the participants determined the essence of the concept of professional stress, considered the main technologies of resource saving, shared their vision of the reasons for a professional, in particular emotional burnout of a coach; discussed methods of prevention of professional deformities, including the correct organization of work and rest, prevention of professional maladjustment, successful mastery of techniques and methods of self-regulation of the emotional-volitional sphere, etc.; and also learned about the methodology of organizing and conducting a number of exercises to relieve emotional stress.
