Illegal Diplomas

The MES of Ukraine has no way of solving the issues of illegal diplomas.

Recently the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has obtained the requests to nostrificate the diplomas issued by Russian’s universities which cooperate with so-called “educational establishments” of LPR and DPR.

According to the Ukrainian laws, the Ministry of Education and Science does not have legal foundations to approve the papers on higher education issued by some Russian’s universities jointly with pseudo-universities located at the occupied territories. Such diplomas are based on information contained in the “diplomas” issued by so-called “republics”.

In this regard, we would like to caution the students against thoughtless actions and we call upon not believing the promises of administration of illegal universities to obtain real education.
