Day of the Inventors and Innovators in Ukraine

Every year on the third Saturday of September, the Day of the Inventors and Innovators of Ukraine is celebrated.

The scientific industry of our country is annually replenished with new developments and inventions in various fields. As of September 1, 2020, 126, 9 thousand patents for inventions and 144, 1 thousand patents for utility models were registered in Ukraine. Despite the complicated registration procedure, scientists formalize their developments in order to confirm their copyrights and protect themselves from unscrupulous inventors.

A patent is a title of protection that certifies the copyright and ownership of an invention. The description of a patent for an invention (utility model) is an exhaustive source of information about an invention (utility model).

Scientists of our university are engaged in active scientific activities, multiplying the successes of Alma Mater. So, among the inventors, it is worth noting the Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Liudmyla Senogonova, who has already patented two inventions this year alone.
